1. The service
Ad Card Max is a hosted software-as-a-service platform for creating short links, promotional recommendation pages, timed free-resource paths, basic analytics and related campaign tools. It is not a downloadable lifetime-hosting license.
2. Subscription and continued operation
Paid customer access is provided on a recurring subscription basis. The current standard plan is $5 per month through WarriorPlus unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. An active paid-through subscription is required for customer public Ad Cards, short links, CTA redirects and free-resource routes to remain operational.
If a subscription is cancelled, expires, is suspended, refunded, disputed, or otherwise ceases to provide active paid access, the service may stop serving the customer's public Ad Cards and redirect functions when the paid-through access period ends. Account access may remain available for billing, support or reactivation purposes.
3. Your content and destinations
You are responsible for the sales URLs, affiliate links, images, text, free-resource links and other material you add to Ad Card Max. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that material and must comply with the rules of the traffic source, affiliate network, merchant, advertiser and destination you use.
Free-resource delivery is limited to direct PDF files. Executables, installers, scripts, archives and other non-PDF download types are not permitted as free resources.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Ad Card Max for malware, malicious or weaponized documents, phishing, credential theft, illegal content, deceptive impersonation, prohibited spam, fraudulent claims, hidden destination substitution, attempts to evade platform enforcement, or content that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
5. Sponsored and affiliate content
Ad Card Max identifies public recommendation cards as sponsored recommendations. You remain responsible for any additional affiliate, advertising or endorsement disclosure required by law, a merchant, an affiliate network or the platform where you place your link.
6. Third-party services
Ad Card Max may interact with third-party services such as WarriorPlus, Pixabay, email providers, traffic platforms and websites supplied by users. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, restrict or discontinue access independently of Ad Card Max.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting incidents, third-party outages, abuse prevention, security events or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, create security or infrastructure risk, abuse shared resources, fail payment, or expose the service or other users to legal or operational harm.
9. No performance guarantee
Ad Card Max provides software and hosting tools. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, conversions, sales, commissions, rankings, platform approval or any particular marketing result.
10. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ad Card Max is provided on an “as available” basis and the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party platforms, customer content or customer destinations. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Changes
We may update the service and these Terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will apply prospectively and may be communicated through the site, account interface or email where appropriate.
